How To Grip the bar. There are 4 Main Grips.
Short, Medium, Long and Extra Long Grip.
Short Grip requires special training of the forearm, while the long grip requires more advanced understanding of the Muscle Up Technique.
Medium Grip allows for minimum grip transition effort and least motor learning adjustment.
