10 days in and I need a new plan. Time to try Green Smoothies because as of now, I'm losing weight but my mojo is dying. I need some calories but nutritious calories
Week one done and I lost almost 10 pounds. The question is, will I be able to continue a 10 pound a week loss on fruits and veggies?
What will I lose? muscle? fat? water?

Eating nothing but veggies and water, I lost 9.5 pounds so far. Im down to 199 pounds as of now and goals of 175 are right around the corner.

Today was under 999 calories. I have been eating mostly veggies as I get full and it fills me up quicker than processed foods. I have more energy and feel great.
I am still working out and running. My calorie burn today was over 5000
Today I woke up and weighed 201.9 pounds. I took in only 1100 calories and burned 3300 calories. 1 hour at the gym and 1 1/2 hour mountain climbing.
How long will it take for me to get under 200 pounds? Should I eat less?
