Just playing around the other day after an arm workout. Thought I would give it a try. I only did three reps with bad form but it was still fun to try. All comments welcome, good or bad.
My friend Rob Kmet and I raised over $10,000 for the Deck Youth Centre (which I'm the director) for at-risk youth. We pushed a Lincoln MKS (4,500 lbs) 24 miles in 13 hours. We didn't break the world record but had a lot of fun/pain trying! Here is just some stock footage of the event. I'll have to actually spend some time and put together a real video for it.
ActiveHeatTM Topical Analgesic is 100% natural oil and HPLC tested to be 100% pure. The unique combination of ingredients is designed to relieve pain, loosen tight muscles as it conditions the skin and speeds the recovery from injuries and bruises.
This was my first Strongman competition and I came in third! I haven't trained specifically for these events so it was kind of cool that I did so well.
Rob doing 2 reps with 2,000 lbs. To get to this weight Rob stacked all the 45 lbs he could find and added some 150 lbs and 145 lbs dumbbells to the sled. He could of did more but didn't want to risk injury.
