2 examples of taping techniques that I use in my physical therapy clinic in Vancouver, WA. I use them for diagnoses such as anterior knee pain, patellofemoral syndrome, chondromalacia patella, as well as general pain with bending or straightening the knee. Runners, walkers, people who work on concrete floors who have knee pain often find these very helpful.
