For nationals we get bonus for a second vault, so I decided to learn a Tsuk.
I threw a few into the pit last week, but these are my first three over mats.

I've landed a couple nice front handspring front pikes in competition this year.
Today I worked on adding a half twist. I threw a few Tsuks for the first time too (2nd vault for bonus at nationals), but didn't get them on video.

I didn't do so well on my other routines at the Texas State meet, but floor went OK. Other than some big steps on the landings, I'm happy with it.
The score was 13.6, which was good enough for 4th place.
I've been working some full range of motion free standing handstand push ups this year, which has helped my p bars quite a bit. I tried a back uprise to handstand a few weeks ago and managed to make it.
I haven't put it in my routine yet since they aren't very consistent. As you can see, some of them don't quite make it to handstand and others go a bit past handstand.
Except for my floor dismount, I had a pretty good meet. (It was my first time competing parallel bars in more than half a decade.)
Floor: 13.4 (7th)
Vault: 13.0 (9th)
P Bars: 12.3 (9th)
High Bar: 11.7 (8th)
My back was hurting too much to compete P Bars this last weekend, but after lots of icing it's doing significantly better today.
This is the routine I would have competed.
First day I've actually stood up the double front on floor.
This is likely to be the first D valued skill I will compete (since my back 2&1/2 isn't happening lately).
It looks like I actually land standing up fairly high, but sink down quite a bit not being fully prepared for the impact. Hopefully, with some more practice I'll figure out exactly where the floor is and be ready for it.
