A lo-dye strapping technique that reinforces the medial column posteriorly relative to the lateral column. The strapping reduces the tension in the medial band of the plantar fascia. We use this taping technique to prevent the patient from 'undoing' the corrections applied using foot mobilisation techniques (FMT) and to reduce inflammatory compensation.
